We only collect information you give us directly — there is no tracking pixel, data broker purchase, or third-party list behind this site. That includes:

• Your name, email address, and phone number when you request a guide or ask us to contact you
• What you tell us about your situation — your parent's needs, your timeline, your location, your budget — when you speak or write to us
• Basic technical information your browser sends automatically, such as your general location and device type

How we use it

• To send you the guide or information you asked for
• To contact you about senior living and care options that fit your situation
• To follow up by email, phone, or text about your inquiry
• To improve the information and resources we provide

Text messaging

If you opt in to text messages, you agree to receive messages from Brooks Friedland — Senior Home Advisor at the number you provide, including messages sent by an automatic telephone dialing system. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.

Who we share information with

We do not sell your information. We share it only in these situations:

• Senior living communities and care providers. This is the service you came to us for. When you ask us to help you find placement, we share what a community needs in order to tell you whether they are a fit — and only with the communities relevant to your search.
• Service providers who run our systems, such as our email and customer relationship software. They may only use your information to operate those services for us.
• When the law requires it, or to protect someone's safety or our legal rights.

Your mobile phone number and your text messaging consent are excluded from all of the above, as stated in the box above.

How to opt out

• Text messages: reply STOP to any message.
• Email: click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email.
• Everything: email or call us using the contact details below and ask us to remove you. We will.

Your choices about your information

You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within 30 days. There is no cost, and asking will not affect the service you receive from us.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses only the cookies it needs to work. They keep the page running and let the form hold onto what you have typed while you finish it. We do not run advertising or retargeting pixels, we do not sell or share browsing data, and we do not use cookies to follow you around other websites or build a profile of you.
